Business Development Manager

Ignition Pro-School For Entrepreneurs is a leading educational institution offering international foundation programs to aspiring entrepreneurs. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to attract and enroll students for our international foundation programs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to attract and enroll students for our international foundation programs, leveraging PR activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational agents, schools, and other relevant organizations to generate student referrals and brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling PR campaigns, press releases, articles, and other promotional materials.

  • Organize and manage PR events such as schools outreach, press conferences, media interviews, and campus tours to showcase the institution and its programs.

  • Actively engage with potential students and their families through various communication channels, including social media, email, and personal meetings.

  • Provide comprehensive information about our international foundation programs, including admission requirements, curriculum, and career prospects.

  • Guide and support students throughout the admission process, including application submission, document verification, and enrollment procedures.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new PR opportunities and effectively position our programs.

  • Monitor and analyze PR efforts' effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide reports and recommendations to enhance PR strategies.

  • Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, and networking events to promote the international foundation programs.

  • Engage with prospective students and their families through meetings, presentations, and consultations to provide program information, address inquiries, and assist with the admissions process.

  • Guide and support students throughout the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure efficient coordination and timely communication regarding student admissions.

  • Monitor and analyze student enrollment data, generate reports, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in business development, student recruitment, or sales, preferably in the education sector.

  • Strong understanding of international education systems and familiarity with international foundation programs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, educational agents, and other stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and networks.

  • The result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.

  • Knowledge of the entrepreneurship landscape and a passion for promoting entrepreneurship education is desirable.

  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
