We are hiring a full-time, Business Management Lecturer who must have minimum of Two (03) years of teaching experience in business management. Hand-on experience of delivering & teaching TNE education.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Business Management Lecturer, role involves teaching various modules, preparing teaching materials, assessing student performance.
- Develop and update course materials and lecture notes.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Requirements:
- Master degree in Business, or a related field with 03 years' experience.
- Phd degree with 02 years' experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospective students, families, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on providing a positive and supportive experience for prospective students.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using admission management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the education sector, admission procedures, and enrollment processes is desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Student Assessment:
- Design and grade assessments, assignments, and exams in a timely manner.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
