- Provide information and assistance to students and visitors.
- Direct inquiries to the relevant college departments.
- Assist with general inquiries related to college programs and services.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with diverse individuals, creating a positive experience.
Appearance and Professionalism:
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with college standards.
- Uphold a positive image of the college through personal presentation.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with various college departments for efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
- Must present a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
- Ability to handle student and visitor inquiries with patience and enthusiasm.
