HR Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resource management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, and talent management.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Conduct interviews, manage the hiring process, and facilitate new employee orientations.

  • Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding processes for new hires.


Employee Relations and Performance Management:

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.

  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.


Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Coordinate professional development and training sessions.


Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure timely processing.

  • Oversee payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.


Strategic HR Planning:

  • Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
