Responsibilities:
- Must have TNE (transnational education) knowledge and proven experience in working with international institutes.
- Be able to demonstrate hands on TNE products’ knowledge, equivalences of local qualifications for International Universities/ progressions routes for students.
- Must have had proven track record of recruiting students for the TNE institutions locally or for International Universities.
- Candidate must be able to prove successful number of students directly counselled and admitted by candidate himself/herself at previous TNE setup/ institute.
- Must be motivated to be target oriented, and have passion to meet given target for number of students’ enrolments for each intake.
- Should have had an established a good PR within the TNE counsellors’ society/ network.
- Having a personal pool/ database of students will be a plus.
- Be able to connect with potential students’/ teachers/ counsellors, and institutions in order to achieve targeted number of students in intakes.
- Possessing an international qualification (degree/ certification/ diploma) is a plus.
- Self-motivated enough to introduce and develop new market strategies in coordination with marketing and IT team for to achieve target student numbers.
- Must have hands-on expertise of working with international awarding bodies such as; OTHM, NCC education, Qualifi, and others.
- Must be a self-learner, keen to research, and coordinate with academic dept. for up-to-date information on program offerings and admission procedures about qualifications/ educational policies, inclusion and diversity regulations in education sector.
- Must have an excellent leadership quality and be able to lead an in-house team of student counsellors.
- Provide comprehensive guidance to students regarding educational programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
- Conduct regular one-on-one counselling sessions to address student queries and concerns, offering personalized support and advice.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the institution's educational programs and initiatives across various digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for promoting educational offerings.
- Generate leads through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives, maintaining a strong focus on lead qualification and conversion.
- Proactively engage with prospective students through various communication channels, including email, telephone, and in-person meetings, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the admission process.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, analysing key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve set objectives.
- Maintain a database of student inquiries, applications, and admissions, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups to facilitate the enrolment process.
- Proactively engage with prospective students through various communication channels, including email, telephone, and in-person meetings.
- Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, to effectively communicate the institution's value proposition to potential students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, Counseling, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in student counseling and recruitment within the educational sector.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns within the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a creative and strategic approach to marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of educational systems and study abroad programs, particularly in the UK, will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, student information systems, email marketing platforms, and web analytics tools is preferred.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to addressing student needs and fostering a supportive learning environment.
- A passion for education and a keen interest in promoting academic opportunities to prospective students.
