LEEDS, UK — Ignition Pro - School for Entrepreneurs is proud to announce that we have officially become a member of the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education (OIA) scheme.
This membership was granted following the successful launch of our higher education courses delivered in partnership with the University of Wolverhampton. By falling under the statutory complaints framework for England and Wales, we are taking a definitive step in ensuring our students receive the highest standard of academic consumer protection.
A Guarantee of Quality and Fairness Becoming a member of the OIA is more than a regulatory requirement; it is a core part of our commitment to transparency and student wellbeing. While our faculty and administration are dedicated to resolving any concerns directly through our comprehensive internal campus procedures, this membership provides our student body with an independent, external layer of assurance.
Should a student ever feel that an academic appeal or grievance requires further review after exhausting our internal processes, they now have the statutory right to bring their case to the OIA for an impartial evaluation.
